Delivery Policy

Digital Service Delivery NexusApps specializes in software engineering, digital consulting, and custom application development. Because our products are entirely digital, we do not ship physical goods. All deliverables—including UI/UX strategy documents, API frameworks, custom codebases, and backend architectures—are delivered electronically.

Delivery Methods Depending on the scope of your project and the service tier selected (Essential, Professional, or Advanced), your digital deliverables will be handed over using secure, industry-standard methods. This typically includes transferring code via version control repositories (such as GitHub or GitLab), providing access to staging environments for testing, secure cloud deployment, or sending documentation and design files via email or secure download links.

Delivery Timelines and Milestones Because custom software development is highly specific to each client, delivery timelines are not one-size-fits-all. A detailed project timeline, including specific delivery milestones, will be clearly outlined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract before development begins. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and will maintain transparent communication with you throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Client Review and Acceptance Upon the delivery of a milestone or a completed application, you will be given a designated review period (as specified in your contract) to test and evaluate the deliverables. During this time, you can request revisions to ensure the software functions according to the initially agreed-upon specifications. Once the review period concludes without reported critical issues, the delivery is considered accepted.

Deployment and Launch For clients utilizing our Professional tier, delivery includes full application deployment to your chosen live environment, followed by a 30-Day Launch Support period. During this time, we actively monitor the deployment to ensure smooth operation and address any immediate post-launch technical issues. Advanced tier projects involving continuous integration will have ongoing deployment pipelines established as part of the delivery process.

Delays and Dependencies The timely delivery of our software solutions often depends on receiving necessary feedback, credentials, or third-party approvals from you. If a project is delayed due to a lack of required information or assets from the client's side, the final delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.
